Mike Straw

Mike has over 30 years of experience in the industry, working with large corporations such as Coke, Roche, Novartis, AstraZeneca, Diageo, Heineken, Microsoft, AMEX, and many public sector bodies and is a regular speaker on the topic of transformation and cultural change.

He founded Achieve Breakthrough in 2003, an award-winning organizational change consultancy that helps clients achieve and sustain significant step changes and business performance improvements. Management consultancy Achieve Breakthrough have won L&D Consultancy of the Year twice in the last ten years and many awards for their development programmes. Mike is connected to Bath University Business School (UK) and Duke Corporate Education where he runs Breakthrough, Innovation and Leadership Transformation sections of their programs
Mike is an international speaker and thought leader on transformational leadership.

Paul is a CEO with diverse private equity and major multinational experience, successfully leading a number of businesses through change of ownership transactions. Proven track record buying, building and repositioning companies to create greater value for customers and investors; developing new capabilities within businesses and their people to accelerate growth at pace.

Now a seasoned executive with a number of CEO roles leading private equity backed businesses under his belt, Paul has a 20+ year history in leadership/delivering organizational change to brands such as Diageo, Smith & Nephew plc and Private Equity backed companies across Europe, the Americas, Asia and is currently CEO of a specialist clinical treatment business.
In 2022, Paul was the winner of the UK dental industry Business Leader of the Year award. Mike and Paul are co-authors of The Little Black Book of Change.
